Exchange program

The curriculum implemented at the Faculty of Global Studies complies with the educational standard of higher professional education of Lomonosov Moscow State University in International Relations awarding Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. The program aims to prepare highly-skilled specialists in international relations, competent in international political and economic relations with deep knowledge and skills to provide complex monitoring and to suggest own approaches to efficient management of modern global processes.

On completion, graduates will be skilled to assess how global processes affect international relations; to define the strategy and tactics of foreign policy; to structure the information about political and economic cooperation; to comprehensively analyze domestic and foreign environment in the country, region and the world in general; to effectively implement mechanisms of international legislation to economic activity and business safety. The graduate will be competent in establishing contacts, in conducting negotiations and drawing draft agreements in the Russian and foreign languages, in diplomatic etiquette and protocol as well as in business communication in international environment. Graduates will be skilled to teach and create new courses, to introduce innovative teaching methods.

NOMINATION:

Students from MSU partner universities should follow the information on the official website: http://studentin.msu.ru/main-eng/exchange.

Students from FGS partner universities should be nominated by their coordinator who needs to fill in the nomination form and send it by email: intdep@fgp.msu.ru.

NOMINATION DEADLINES:

  • Fall semester – April 30th
  • Spring semester – November 1st
APPLICATION:

Students from MSU partner universities should follow the information on the official website: http://studentin.msu.ru/main-eng/exchange.

Students from FGS partner universities are required to send the necessary documents by email: intdep@fgp.msu.ru.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

DOCUMENTS:

Students from FGS partner universities are required to email the following documents to the Faculty of Global Studies (intdep@fgp.msu.ru):

  • filled application form
  • official transcript of academic record
  • passport copy
  • curriculum vitae (CV)
  • motivation letter
  • letter of recommendation written by a faculty member or academic advisor
ARRIVAL:

  1. According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, all foreign citizens arriving in the Russian Federation for a period exceeding 90 days or arriving for the purpose of labor activity are required to undergo medical examination, fingerprint registration and photographing.
